Refund policy

SCENE FOOD is committed to providing customers with the best products and service.
We are aware that sometimes returns are required if your product is damaged or you
receive the wrong item.
  • We offer a 14-day return policy . You will need to contact our customer service or send an email to scenefood.group@gmail.com . Our customer care team will then send you a returns form and reference number. Once you have completed these details and reason for return is assessed, Instructions will be given for how to freight product back .
  • All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
